Spending time together is an important part of human life. When a child feels seen and really heard, within an environment that enables them to explore their own unique interests, and honours their natural stage of development and pace, they are able to truly thrive and are capable.
The environment is held by adults 'tuned in' to each child.
We recognise the individuality of all our children.

Encourage consideration for each other, our surroundings and property.
We ensure that children feel valued and respected by developing authentic relationships with them.
Communicate clearly that physical aggression towards others is not appropriate behaviour.
We work in partnership with parents and carers by keeping them regularly informed about their children.
